One dog is good. Two dogs is fine. But NINE? Too many. Ralph is a nice man. He is 98, was in the navy for 38 years, has four kids, a deceased wife, 13 grandchildren, and 4 great grand children. Ralph lives alone now, except for Miffy, Toby, Goliath, Hubert, Tonka, Polly, Weedy, Bottle, and Qubert; his NINE little dogs. You have to give Ralph credit; he takes good c are of his puppies. They are all a mix of yorkies, toy poodles, shit'zues, and chihuahuas (Except for Qubert, who is a pug). All of his dogs go to regular check ups, have excellent teeth, and two of them were even chosen for a dog food commercial. Ralph gets up at 5 Hundred Hours, and feeds his dogs. He watches the news, and at promptly 7 Hundred hours every single day of the week, rain or shine, snow, or no snow, he walks ALL of his dogs AT THE SAME TIME. NINE DOGS. But Ralph is spry for his age, and he "Damn well can walk his dogs at once thank you very much".

They aren't all fox hounds, but you get my point.
